He had just received a beating (and even lost a hand) to defend said planet that wasn't even his, and after he managed to find a peaceful solution, Torchwood just went and shot down (from the back, to boot) the very same guys that Ten had already convinced to leave the planet and never coming back.
I can imagine Whooves being in the same situation after saving Equestria for the umpheenth time and then watching how Celestia banishes to the Moon the very same guys he had already defeated. Celestia justified herself by saying it's her duto to protect her subjects from any kind of outside menace, Doctor asks her if by "outside" she also meant him, and then we have that borrowed quote from the previous post. |
