You know how some people say they want a history episode about Discord? This is the part I would love to see animated in the show. |

I'm really wondering if we're going to see a darker side to Discord. I mean they always hinted at it throughout this two parter, this scene being the biggest hint.
I mean, they show us a stain glass window of him dangling ponies over FIRE as we hear SCREAMS in the background. *shutters* Then him getting anger towards Fluttershy, which was the only time we've seen him angry; Him dangling the mane character by their necklaces; and finally, the one that gets overlooked the most, is the design of his throne. I mean, did anyone see that thing? It looked completely out of place from all the other stuff he's done. It's more angular, sharp, and looks more like it belongs on a pile of skulls than anything. I really wonder what they're going to do with Discord this time around. But I'm pretty sure when he breaks out again, he isn't going to be very cheerful towards our ponies, not to mention take them a bit more seriously. |
