With the precedent, one could argue that anything with low-detail is "Safe" even if it was stated to be NSFW by the artist blah blah blah you don't care.

Actually, I do consider low detail to be safe, so long as it's not really the focus of the image (like posing to show it off). A recent number of images hav had these features with cautious ratings (in one case something was tagged foalcon because snails had a 6-pixel parallelogram stikking out) and I've been dealing with a ton of ratings corrections on other types of images, so I decided I'd try to make a precedent or two.
If it's something most people don't even notice immediately and it's too low res for anyone to actually get off too, noone is indeed gonna care about it.

I am Verbose above. My account has filters for everything above "Safe," so I'm not going to bother turning it off to post. I'm posting from 413chan.net, not org.

It's currently listed as "Questionable" (not of my doing,) but you make a good argument. It's not a saucy image, and it's not meant to arouse anyone it seems. I still find it cute, and I don't like anatomically correct ponies, so to speak.

And if the precedent is there, then I leave it to higher ups and more active users to make that call.

1 month ago		 I didn't even notice this was supposed to be graphic in any way when I first saw it on EqD. I'm guessing the fact that it's one of the worst cases of stomach vag I've ever seen has something to do with that. Nothing should be visible from that angle, except maybe crotch tits.
