No Panda, assuming you actually read this but I'm gonna explain this for anyone else that bothers to read this, I actually saw this the other day on tumblr and did some digging
the pink fluffy here is infact "Kinkie Pie" a sort perverted version of Pinkie that wears black vinyl boots at all times. prior to this image "Kinkie" (or rather the mod of the Ask Kinkie Pie Blog) recieved a piece of fan art that suggested that she wore her boots to hide her hair unshaven legs and "Kinkie" mentioned she did need a shave. There were then acouple of asks pointing out that she is a pony and is supposed to be hairy and then in reply there was an image of Kinkie appearing as she does here implying that she does need to shave to keep from basically turning into Fluffle Puff |
