Something about evil eggplants living underground like mole people. They got tired of their brothers getting eaten and kidnapped Muriel and were gonna eat her so Courage stopped them. In the end all the evil eggplant people needed was water to mellow out. And all the while Eustace didn't even like eggplant.

^Angry sapient eggplants express anger at their brothers being eaten, Courage dressing up in an eggplant costume, being mistaken for the great eggplant, gets all the eggplants to do weird aerobics, the eggplants mellow out and grow when they get watered after courage literally pushes an underground water source to the farm well.
All in all, a fairly memorable episode(I loved courage getting the eggplant army to dance to limber up) |

Yeah, I remember Courage having to pump the pump a lot.
All of the eps were pretty trippy, they were more or less bad acid trips for children.... |
