^ By looking at the text file linked by the OC owner the creature is based on the fictitious rendition of a velociraptor as seen in the Jurassic Park movies and not the scientifically 'correct' version. Owner should find an artist to do a feral piece if the character is indeed potentially a meat eater. Would add to the idea as a whole I think.
