Manners are not a matter of being evil. There's always a "Dear x" and "Sincerely" on any kind of letters, even restrainment orders. |

@Anon Not all of them were necessarily evil,but fluttershy and pinkie got evil,applejack turn into an asshole and rainbow dash didn't give 2 fucks about anyone but herself,i think this can be considered evil in some way.
Rarity in other hand allowed twilight to carry her stone even being greedy,she was literally the only one i still saw hope on it. |

They all were still somewhat evil, or at least not good. They didn't want to cooperate with Twilight at first and when the elements didn't work they ditched her. Still, Applejack was just lying, Rarity got greedy, Pinkie became a grumpy pants and RD didn't give a fuck, but they still kept some of their personalities, Fluttershy on the other hand turned into a complete jerk. |

As far as I'm concerned, truly evil people ought to have very good manners, because those who can be that evil have to have gotten away with lesser evils, and you can't do that without having some level of charisma (and/or money). People are somewhat more likely to gather around someone with good manners.

I think by this episode rarity should be more valued,she has way too many haters and she's considered by most people "the worst pony''
Rarity kindness is so immense not even discord spell could neutralize it completely. I honestly think she's the one that deserved the kindness element,not flutterbitch. |

Rarity does get a lot of hate though, primarily because she has a well developed character complete with actual flaws. Plus, I think she reminds some people too much of that popular girl who shot them down in high school. |

Every pony does have reasons to be "worst:"
AJ: Stubborn and prideful as hell and didn't help the buffalo/pony conflict and maybe made it work. TS: Had a big fear about Celestia imprisoning Fluttershy and going insane over a small thing when she should know better. the list goes on so I agree with Candrew. |

Rarity is my favorite pony,twilight comes after.
I think the only pony that has the requirements to be called "worst pony"is fluttershy,i admit she had good moments like in the Stare Master and Sonic Rainboom,but that "assertive"thing since the Best Night Ever got in my nerves,when she made rarity and pinkie cry i said "That's it". This only shows that she was never kind,just a attention whore. |

People don't like rarity because she has a deep personality,as twilight. Like you said,other characters are pretty much definied by 1 or 2 words. Fluttershy = Shy or Bitch Rainbow dash = Awesome Pinkie pie = Funny Applejack = Friendly And that's all,the other two are far deeper than that. |
