Ahhh.

It's my headcanon that Derpy is a highly intelligent and astonishingly capable pony, even though she may be a bit klutzy. Her behaviour in The Last Roundup was just her being "Hur-Dur-Dur, look at me..I did something Stoooopid...", knowing full well that lightning can't seriously harm pegasi. |
