Well, Rarity has to put up her own budget for those dresses, I don't think that Twilie & CO want Rarity to blow down one million bits on those dresses. |

Well, the moral is "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth" and well, that wouldn't really make sense if it wasn't a gift. Also, Rarity insisted on making them dresses and I doubt that she's such a bitch that she'd charge them for something she pressured them into |
