According to source, its tagged as Rarity though not really tagged as Spike. There's a second version with brighter coloring.

But the dragon on the tattoo is obviously Spike:
- He is purple with green - He has a letter on one of his claws - The chinese letters means "Secret Love" So yeah pretty much is a reference for him. |

I know its Spike, I just said the artist in source didn't tag it as Spike, just tagged it as Rarity because people were doubting the girl was Rarity. |
