Albino people aren't "black" by definition: the skin is pale, and "black" refers to the color of the skin.
They still belong to the same race/ethnic group, though. There can be a long argument about various "black" races in the world, beginning from sub-Saharian people, to Caribbean men, to Indian and other South-asians, even to Maori and Pacific ethnic groups. "Black" is an extremely vague term to define people, and only a part of them live in Africa. |
