OBJECTION! Your logic is flawed. Furries jerk it to animals. Fluffy lovers are against all forms of animal abuse, including abuse done to fictional animals. Especial sexual abuse done to fictional animals. The two are mutually exclusive, polar opposites. We shouldn't go around trashing other fandoms for things they're not responsible for. I have no evidence for or against that, but it should be pointed out that the nonreligious broadly have morals too (and by crime statistics, may be statistically better about following them than the religious.) The major religions of the world don't exactly have a stellar track record on the whole "animal cruelty" front, after all. They're getting better about it these days because the populace has broadly left the country for the cities, and city dwellers have a much different view of animals than the people who live and work with them. Either way, Motherfuckers need to stop white knighting for a critter that doesn't even exist. For god's sake, there are worthy motherfucking causes out there. Actual people and animals are dying by the minute. Millions of children die each year of easily preventable causes. I have even less respect for a person who, with the world in the state that it is, rushes angrily to the defense of something that doesn't exist than I do for someone who wastes their spare time getting their jollies writing about abusing something that doesn't exist. |
