@665

You asked for it, so here it comes... *inhales deeply*

While do prefer Final Fantasy, I still rather enjoy Fire Emblem. It's not my genre of choice, but I do find them kinda fun. Also, I really wouldn't compare the two as they are of different genres, despite similarities.

I must be one of the really weird ones who thought Path of Radiance was the best FE game.

They are all great, of course, but I enjoyed PoR and replayed it so many more times than I did any of the others.

^ You're not alone, though I think Blazing Sword and Genealogy of the Holy War is better. The two most recent FEs, New Mystery and Awakening, aren't slouches either. (Well, at least New Mystery isn't. I'm just going off of general fan reactions to Awakening.)

@Yorec: I honestly think Sword of Seals is more subpar than Sacred Stones. Both have at least one interesting villain (Idun for Sword of Seals, and Lyon for Sacred Stones), but Sacred Stones does more memorable characters.

^ I haven't played it yet, but it's definitely looking awesome. (Then again, I haven't played New Mystery either.) The fact that it's the 6th game to have support conversations helps, and the development in the conversations is looking like it's exceeding even PoR levels. Some pairs can also affect how certain characters turn out. And speaking of characters in the game: Characters from past FEs are also available as Spotpass and DLC.

Oh I hope we can get Lyn as DLC. She was my favorite lord in Rekka no Ken.

I hope so too, Yorec. She's my favorite lord in Blazing Sword as well.

I also hope it gets localised too.
