The problem with this: Hasbro is a corporation.
What does this mean? It means that it has two cash cows here, and can draw from both. Cancelling one of it's biggest cash cows for a lesser one would be fundamentally retarded. Your 'logic' doesn't make any sense at all, as it seems to be an argument assuming exclusivity, that Hasbro can only have one property that it really depends on at any one time. This would make sense if Hasbro was a small business. It is not. For example, Hasbro owns Wizards of the Coast. Is it cancelling DnD because MLP is making it so much money that it doesn't need DnD anymore? No, that's silly. It's making money from both. TL;DR: MLP will not be cancelled in favor of Care Bears as long as MLP makes them a lot of money. MLP makes them a lot of money. Therefore, they will not cancel MLP in favor of Care Bears. |

Maybe the new career bear show is good or at least decent? I mean most of the old career bear stuff wasn't that bad and the first movie had a pretty scary villian with that evil book.
Sure there was some not so great stuff with that Career Bears in Wonderland or those stories about Career Bears in space/ the stone age but it was less bad than the last My Little Pony Generations. |
