If you go outside the fandom you will see how untalented these musicians really are compared to even the lowest. Please listen to music outside of this fandom and you will see how bad they are compared to other artist. I find it pathetic at how much praise the garner and how bad the out put is. It's nice that you assume so much about my choice in music. I don't listen to dubstep outside of pony music, or many of the other genres it encompasses, such as chiptunes. I also don't look down on anyone because they aren't pumping out triple-platinum albums.
I don't know what you have against the brony community, but may I ask why you're on this site? There's tons of non-brony visual artists out there that are better, are you going to bitch about that too? Exactly what type of music do you make? I'm more than willing to give it a fair chance, granted it doesn't fall under the 'excessive noise' area. (gPrOeWaEtRaFnUdL for example. That shit hurts my ears and brain...) One reason I like a lot of the pony music is because it takes one thing I'm very familiar with (Ponies) and combines it with others things I may or may not normally listen to. That's called having an open mind and appreciation of others talents and efforts. It is not called having a shit taste in music. One last thing. If you don't want your music 'tainted' by bronies, is that because you're afraid they'll remix it and people might like it better than the original? Have you even made any pony music? |

You think that quality comes from the recording studio? Oh you poor, dense fool. the quality of one's music comes from the musician him/herself. They don't have that much of a setup because music recording equipment is EXPENSIVE. These people don't have a lot of money to spend on recording equipment. I am a musician as well, and even though I don't have the best audio quality, I still get praise from the people who see my videos because of the skill i present at what i do, and all i have is a mic and a free audio editing program on my computer. So before going to make bullshit accusations, get your facts straight, and get the balls to make those claims with an actual name instead of hiding under the shroud of the anonymous. |
