Fake. Lyra has much better grammar than this.

Clean yourself up, OP.

@Saint

from what ive heard, you should give it a week or two for the "always on" server thing to smooth out

"Well people know the name sir."
"They certainly do know the name. They burned the factory down. The owner is hiding in my bathroom. *bang* The owner was hiding in my bathroom."

I'm not a troll.

I don't take pleasure in other people's misery.

But, those whiny rants were hilarious.

Do people honestly take metacritic's user score seriously?

They're good for fun and nothing else. Other sites like GAF and Gamefaqs are pretty much the same "I can't play the game", "Fuck DRM", "Blah, blah fuck Activision they ruined Blizzard"

@Saint

I have had no problems connecting or staying connected and I have enjoyed the game so far...

But if you want to play it safe... wait about a week, a month at the most... then get it.

...or, I you're like me, you just shrug and say, "When the heck is Heart of the Swarm getting released??"

Normally, I don't listen to Metacritic (dumbasses) or any other review site (bought-off hacks) any farther than I can throw 'em. But the negative reviews of D3 bring up an important point to me: No offline mode.

I play WoW and I like it for what it is. I liked Diablo because it was different. I don't like all my gaming to be "connected" (WoW is the only MMO I play), especially not if there are going to be server issues (you'd think with 7+ years of handling WoW that Blizzard would know what they're doing). Needless to say, I won't be buying D3.

And bad grammar Lyra has bad grammar.

^ The thing with that is, always being connected to a server doesn't really effect the gameplay at all, at least for me it hasn't. I can't really say I think it's a good idea, but at the same time I can't say that it's a bad idea... it's rather neutral for me.

@Yorec Yes, unfortunately. In fact, some publishers decide whether to give the developers bonuses based on the game's Metacritic score.

I thought that was based off of the critic's metacritic score, not the users.

@Arne: Obviously you don't live in a small town with a sketchy connection that cuts out whenever it feels like it.

Heard a rumor that Diablo 3 has a secret pony level...
