1. Ponibooru - Sort of like searching for gems in a sea of meh. The community's mature enough, I guess. 2. Equestria Daily - A nice source for finding some of the gems here, though can be obnoxious at times. Still good. 3. Ponychan - Honestly? The community seems like one the worst out there. But I've only dabbled in /pic/ a few times and am getting this off of Youtube videos, but still. 4. 4chan - Oh god. Their history is fascinating, what with all the huge raids on Tumblr and Reddit, but the actual content of the website is not interesting to me. There are only a few good things to come out of 4chan. 5. KYM - A database for memes? It's just that. As far as I know, there's really no community to judge it by. 6. Reddit - No next to nothing about Reddit. Seems alright...ish. 7. Furaffinity - NO.

1.Ponibooru - Best place for looking through art. Comments are generally hilarious 2. Eq - Great for news, events, and music. Rarely look at the comments so that's never been a problem. 3. Ponychan - Haven't been there much, only when looking through the fanfic secton before I discovered FimFiction. Seemed friendly enough 4. 4chan - Only browse /v/ regularly for vidya news and to watch how they explode in anger at the smallest things. Occasionally go to /b/ for you laugh you lose threads and other things. 5. KYM - I'll repeat Dax. What? 6. Reddit - fun to browse but I don't spend too much time there. 7.Furaffinity - Hue.

1) Pretty much the amoral "is what it is" cross section of MLP. You get everything from the best to the worst here, and with links to the source's provided or tracked down at every possible opportunity, it's pretty much the best chance to eventually find your way to any MAJOR MLP news, or new MLP fan media, like the .MOV series, the various ask blogs, etc. 2) it's the public face of the Brony movement, and for all that people might bitch about it, it's needed. It's typically the best place to get the full scoop on whatever news is floating around about MLP too. 3) Never been to ponychan. From what little bits I've seen fro mother people,it seems to be like a 4chan lite. 4) it's 4chan, since it's where all of the drama first started, I imagine it's where you're going to have the most entitled/butthurts still lingering about. 5) It really only revolves around the major "movements" of MLP, but it also occasionally tries to stretch the concept of "meme" which really should need to spread across the internet, not just one section of it. 6) Why is reddit even in this list? 7) Sorta like the extreme corners of ponibooru. Some of the best artists and creative storytellers originate from there, but it's also where you get some of the most self indulgent and fetish based artwork.

1. Great users (usually), shitty trolls (occasionally), pics range from fuckin' awesome to fuckin' weird, and I love it either way (as long as it stays out of the uncanny valley). 2. Decent news source, fast access to episodes and relatively SFW fics (though I don't read them), users can get a bit annoying but are easily ignored. 3. Posted there during the early days of the fandom. Decent site if you can put up with oversensitive mods, but true fun is hard to come by because of the restrictions. This and the death of the Homestuck threads killed my involvement there. 4. Great site for shock value. I personally respect moot for all the shit he's managed to get away with, and fun/win is easier to come by there than on Ponychan, but you have to wade through a lot of shit to get there. Never frequented any part of there much. 5. It's... okay. Good for a quick reference if you don't understand a new meme or something. Bronies there typically won't start shit, which I like. However, there's not really much reason to frequent the site due to it being mostly for reference. 6. Never visited. From what I've gathered, it's like 4chan except with more meme-spamming, somewhat less win, and less shock value. I probably won't ever wind up frequenting Reddit though. I can't stand the site's format. 7. I rarely visit. I try to distance myself from anything with the words "Fur" or "affinity" in it. I suppose the site's not TOO bad if you know where to look, but when they produce shit, it is real fucking grade A shit.

1. Ponibooru - Satisfies my deep craving for poni poni. Conversations range from hilarious to deep depending on topic. Filled with decent people (amazing), needs less moralfagging. In love with the art scene here, committed to supporting it. 2. Equestria Daily - FANFICS, I REQUIRE MOAR SHIPPING AND GRIMDARK 3. Ponychan - Has a good art community, very good connection with MLP artists and fans present, prudishness and moralfagging abound. 4. 4chan - Haven't spend enough time there to get a gauge of its community, 4chan is a cesspit so I can get a general idea of what to expect. 5. KYM - Meh, if your a fan of MLP and know the community, your not gonna find anything new here. 6. Reddit - Lol who cares. 7. Furaffinity - Very, very mixed feelings on. Initially anti-furry because of the rampant self-pity, victim complexes and sick fuck fetishes. Overtime however, I realized that the furry community contributions to the MLP art scene is becoming too large to ignore anymore. Alot, ALOT of our most mind-blowingly talented artists have come from the furry community, which has forced me to reevaluate my opinion of them. I still don't frequent fur-affinity much. A bit too much like a needle in a haystack.

1. This place has a terrible community, I'm pretty much only here for the YouTube captions and other things that don't belong on the art sites 2. Good news source, comments not so much (but occasionally they can be good) 3. I've made a few visits there, it seems like a good place 4. Content ranges from garbage to amazing, but most of it is on the lower end 5. There are some parts I really like and others I really don't, but overall it's a good site 6.
