Oh god, I can name three fatal flaws to this costume.
1) Assuming the armour is there because of protection and they're not invulnerable, said cleavage is a weak point and a target for any weapon. 2) Since most humanizations of pegasus/pegasi include wings, this Mare-Do-Well's lack of them means she gets around by leaping from rooftop to rooftop and climbing. High heels are not made for that, alters one's center of balance and are quite difficult to run in. 3)The neck guard looks like it'll do more harm than good. The armoured part looks like it could snap her neck if she takes a strong enough blow to the head. The part made from the flexible material beneath the occipital bone leaves an unprotected blindspot that could be sniped at. So, while this composition is nicely done, the flawed costume elements just diminish it. |

Also, the skin revealed by the cleavage window would make differences in skin tone obvious.
Kinda misses the point of the costume in the first place. |
