If I make one criticism, the angry fluffy in the 3rd image looks like he has fangs, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense

Glad to see you finally getting credit for your work. This one is terrific as usual. The top drawing takes the idea of comically inflated pregnant fluffies a step further than I'd consider realistic, but I certainly can't fault the art! |

This is adorable. Well done, sir.
It also served to remind me of how silly fluffy ponies are. I'd prefer more cartoonish hijinx over either d'awww or sadism. With both this and Yukkuris, I've always been confounded as to why anyone thought it was a good idea to apply realistic physics to them in the first place as anything other than a dark comedy one-off joke. I liked it when fluffy pony just wanted to go fast. |

Your adorable and tragic fluffy ponies were my inspiration to try drawing them in the first place, so it means a lot coming from you. (And yes, I did kinda go cartoonishly ridiculous there... but that's the image that popped into my head from reading about how they're "so fat they need to be rolled". I like to imagine that in picture two, fluffy unicorn hears the hawk at the last second, turns its head, and inadvertently impales the hawk on its horn.
It spends the next ten minutes trying frantically to get the dead hawk off of its face while having no idea what the hell just happened. That night it re-evaluates its position in life and decides to get a job at Starbucks. |

Marcusmaximus seems to get what makes the fluffies enjoyable is the implication and silliness that tempers the violence and abuse.
Hey, Marcusmaximus. I'd like to see a Saw parody where the fluffy pony is already on the cell phone and telling the police that he has to cut off his leg so he can reach the phone, and then a followup where the police come in to find the fluffy pony crying because he's already sawed off every limb except the one he was chained by. |

@BigMax - actually, I've drawn quite a few canon ponies. (Some of my earlier attempts are up here, though I'm a bit embarrassed by them now). I just find Fluffy Ponies fun to draw - and much easier than FiM ponies. And they're (hopefully) good practice. @654 - actually, you're right. I'm well aware there are lots of artists better than me, and some of them like to draw gore. And that's fine. I don't really want to draw it, but I've nothing against those who do. Regarding requests: Starbucks fluffy is done! Princess Sparkle forthcoming. As for doing full comics or illustrating long stories - maybe eventually. But right now I'm a bit busy getting ready for a con and working on the next update to Minty Fresh Adventure. But later... who knows! :) |
