With all the evidence before us, i think it's safe to say that hugh is actually a changeling whose original body was destroyed, leaving only the sentient bacteria we now know as Hugh Bliss *ting!*
and after leaving equestria/whatever the changelings' home planet is, he took up residence on the moon to feed off the positive emotions of the people of earth. he likely designed the prismatologist level tester after a unicorn because of his memories of equestria, and the brutal defeat his people, most importantly his queen, suffered. |
