Oh, I just remembered who this was and why I shouldn't care. If I remember correctly, Purple Tinker was a Bronycon organizer who was accused of taking funds for the convention for personal use. That's IF I remember correctly, though. |

Not at all Tinker, but there are people who flip the fuck out and take it too far, therefore white knighting is generally frowned upon because most of these "white knights" are self-entitled assholes with a superiority complex looking to start a fight, not "protect the innocent". It's an annoying double standard. There's almost no such thing as good people on the internet. |

It's not "caring about right and wrong"...it's "asserting your personal views about others' behaviour as the objective truth and shaming them over it". And, it's not "defending the innocent"...it's "fighting battles on others' behalf when they never asked you to, appropriating their struggles to make yourself feel righteous." |
