Never in the same frame, and some evidence that she's actually Carrot Top's daughter. If you care to take it that way. Nobody does. Even the animators seem to have given in. In part two of the season two finale we saw Dinky, Carrot Top and Doctor Whooves cornered in an alley by changelings. All of them characters connected to Derpy by the fandom. Since Derpageddon I don't expect our favorite wall-eyed pony to be anything but a background gag, but she's Ponyville's best mom and Dinky is the happiest filly in the world.

If your taking about my @#1409328 comment, I just pointed out that the show doesn't contradict the idea that Dinky is Derpy's daughter (as @Anon116 shows). And until someone can present evidence to prove me wrong, than my statement still stands. If @Simlun doesn't accept this fanon, than good for him. He can believe whatever he wants. But he shouldn't just go around insulting people for there headcanon and then claim the show contradicts it, when it doesn't.
