I have mastered the power of lucid dreaming!! I will hug her, you'll see!!!

You can with lucid dreaming. ;) |
| Bobrella #1408799 2 months ago |
@Yorec
The last time I tried Lucid dreaming, I got night terrors. It was NOT a pleasant experience. |

One day, virtual reality will become real, AND BY CELESTIA I WILL HUG THE MANE CAST!! ;___; |

Oh come on! I've been trying for years to Lucid Dream and it wasn't untill two days ago I managed to Astral Project my upper half of my body. Sadly that lasted all of about 5 seconds. |

Yorec: 'I had sleep paralysis once, hallucinated my classmates being eviscerated by monsters. It was... rather scary, and graphic.'
What I got was just a tall person/thing staring at me, standing in front of my bed, with the eyes glowing in the pitch blackness. I believe that illusion is called 'The Hag'. |
| BabblingBrooke #1408858 2 months ago |
@Bobrella
Had a similar experience. I don't really consider it a "lucid dreaming" success as I did not purposely do it. Whoever attacked me pulled me from my dream into his world. No, not Freddy.. |
| Yorec #1408859 2 months ago |
Gotta admit that would scare the shit out of me. Just some looming figure standing at the foot of my bed. |
| Anonymous #1408862 2 months ago |
Wo bist du fluttershy? One day I'll find you. |
| BabblingBrooke #1408863 2 months ago |
@Yorec
But whoever it was actually attempted to kill me. |
| Yorec #1408875 2 months ago |
Actually my comment was directed towards Bobrella, but your's is scary too. |
| Bobrella #1408888 2 months ago |
@Brooke
That sounds scary, for me the real horror comes from the suspense itself, not the actual event or attack. |
| BabblingBrooke #1408895 2 months ago |
Yeah, and I really don't want to talk about it. Not for the scariness, but rather I believe I know what attacked but telling him aloud could endanger people. |
| Germaphobia #1408897 2 months ago |
I got chills thinking about "The Hag" you described, Bobrella. Makes me think about things like The Rake and whatnot. The idea of something just staring at me like that, without knowing if it intends to hurt you or not.. jhoijhoiwjh The other things people had described too.. I don't think I'll try picking up lucid dreaming anytime soon. D: |

@Germaphobia
Oh come on, lucid dreaming can be cool!! |
| Germaphobia #1408925 2 months ago |
Look, creepypasta scares me. I'm too much of a paranoid wuss to try that with the idea of having a dark entity with glowing eyes standing at the edge of my fucking bed. |
| Bobrella #1408932 2 months ago |
Yorec: @Germaphobia
Oh come on, lucid dreaming can be cool!! Yeah! Once I actually did have a lucid dream where I was flying. Though, I had to sit in a very awkward position to do it for some reason. |
| Verbose #1408951 2 months ago |
Super duper.
...No, but really. Jackarunda is right. >>184525 It's a smaller duplicate. |

Don't get BabblingBrooke started on stupid extra-sensory extra-bodily celestial otherwordly paranormal bullshit. She's Pynky, remember? She'll get going and never stop. So please no. |
| BabblingBrooke #1409013 2 months ago |
@964
Who the hell is Pynky? Anyways, I already said I wasn't going to talk, in fact, I haven't said anything in over 45 minutes. Was Pynky that bad? |
| Anonymous #1409064 2 months ago |
Yup, lucid dreaming can solve this.
Good luck with it though. It's not something you can actually control. |

I once had a terrifying nightmare, and somehow I actually managed to eject myself out the dream and stir myself awake. The only problem was I was in paralysis and the sounds of the dream were still carrying on. I couldn't speak or shout, I was trapped.
I started breathing extremely loudly, deliberately gasping for air. This woke up my girlfriend at the time, and she shook the living crap out of me, pulling me completely out of it. I've never experienced anything like that before, or ever since. Though I have *almost* put myself in deliberate sleep paralysis while attempting to lucid dream. |
