If stealing a fluffy pony is anything like stealing a cat, (and really, it's more like stealing a rat), the worst they can pin on you for it is misdemeanor theft. Reasonably, that's going to carry a sentence on the order of 10-20 hours of community service, especially if he pleads guilty and apologizes.
Or, more reasonably, he'll request a trial by jury. The majority of jurors aren't going to give a fuck about fluffy ponies, many of 'em will outright dislike the lil' genetic abominations. given their mortality rate, the working principle is that any fluffy that gets lost off your property is immediately presumed dead. He'll tell them he got what was clearly a stray or feral fluffy pony from a guy. The verdict will come up not guilty unless he makes an ass of himself (actually pretty likely), and he'll get off scott free. |

So Martini and/or Big Jim will become another Bruno? Another luvfag self insert mary sue who gets away with hurting actual people without ever suffering the normally inevitable consequences? Because this story, coupled with the increased number of dpp stories about successful moralfag white knighting, make it seem like that's where the breeder series is heading. A week from now we'll all be reading about dpp writing about serial killers who murder justified abusers without the cops ever lifting a finger to stop them.

I hope Brett and Scott put down Martini before he devolves into a shitty character not worth reading about. Brett and Scott are awesome characters with depth. At least more depth than ME MAD U KILL FLUFFIES LOLOL. That's not deep at all, even by fluffy standards. Fluffies kill babies and especially runts all the time.
