For a minute I thought the artist was trying to imply that Twilight was actually some sort of imprisoned great evil that she mind wiped, kinda like Sylar in season 3 of heroes or gollum from LoTR. and that would have been pretty cool. |

I think the artist is implying that whatever turned Luna into Nightmare Moon is now gunning for Twilight.
A popular theory, Luna being possessed that is. If it wasn't for the case that "Nightmare Moon" was a textbook example of Cutie Mark Failure Derangement Syndrome. |
