At first people do not care and are all "meh". They may like things but rarely follow it actively and just watch how things go.
And then when things take off, we start to get worried that someone puts too much effort into something most of us do not care about ,and we get active about it. Or another thing is. When no one ask any questions, we will never give any positive/negative answers or feedback. But later, when feedback is needed, some are surprised by the negativity, or the lack of interest. |

The country_face one got over done and stoped being celver, the PPPP only had, at most, 3 people support it then when the guy behind it made the deviantart group he talked of and he set it to block people from joining, so it doomed itself. |
