I think she is only having difficulty putting it on because she is a horse :/
You try getting into a skirt without any fingers providing the grip to easily slide them on. It ain't easy. |

I think she lost her skirt in one of the previous answers, and she made a new one from scratch. But maybe she made it a little too tight. Still, she showed admirable restraint during her Estrous (the only time she CAN get preggers), so I don't think she's expecting.
...It'd be a hell of a world though if you could get THAT pregnant in that little time. |
