@104 he can be seen flying at around the 8:37 mark in hurricane fluttershy. i think scoots is the only pegasus her age who can't fly properly, which is weird because she seems like a stronger pony than filly fluttershy, but filly fluttershy was able to at least get her body airborne. |

It only makes sense that Scoot would be annoyed by Rumble. He's probably a little bit younger, but is also apparently a fairly strong and avid flyer for his age. |
