If the premise assumes that everypony, which I'm assuming can be any given pony in a set of ponies, is "best pony", then any pony in that set can be "best pony".
However, what is "best pony"? If I understand a colloquial definition, it's a pony that's exemplary and outstanding, which cannot be everypony, since being "best pony" is a singular quality and "everypony" is a group, or multiple ponies. So, then, no. The only answer is Rainbow Dash. |
