If anybrony's wondering about the "feminists!" glasses guy: Kenji Setou --- I think it may be a refrence to General Jack D. Ripper, from Doctor Strangelove, by Stanley Kuberic. He wrote the charcter as a parody of both the cold war mentality, and of cospiracy theorists: the general and Kenji (and OP) all expereince erectile dysnfucntion and low sexual stamina, and as such, go insane and seek to blame anything else rather than admit that they simply are lacking as men.
General Ripper sought the excuse for his impotence in flurodated water, a conspiracy theory began by far-right american politicians (of the same vein as 9/11 Truthers and Tea Party/Birthers) that, by some convoluted method, it was a communist plot and anybody who disagreed was clearly a hydrated traitor and not in the true health brought about by not drinking anything but alcohol. Kenji, I never played that game, so I dunno detials, the wiki article says he literally couldn't give a fuck when his now-ex tried to fuck him; he quickly became exhausted shortly into the session. Of this sort of wild, extreme reaction to a preceived threat, akin to social conservatives with repressed homosexual urges going out of their way to attack gays and vote for far-right politicans (who use the fear of gays to foster hate to get into office), it is clear that this inadequacy they have results in napoelanic backlash at the preceived "fault", rather than even allow the notion that they themselves are merely lacking in many departments, particularly the one that they disproportionally belive that (a) is most important and (b) incorrectly assume they have any real value or actual strength in. Of this, we can conclude that those who entrap themselves in such delusions do so voluntarily--- implying that some starving fragment of rationailty sees through this self-deception. In attempt to letigimize this flaccid stance, the subject will seek and use any and all means to attempt to force others to share his viewpoint, even tangentally (ie: Romney hates gays because he belives the bible, Romney seeks company of Belivers, even if they don't themselves hate gays, Romeny thinks "If they belive in God, then that PROVES I'm right to hate gays!" ROmney then accuires Belivers to his side by telling them he'll stop abortion, still with the mindset that the votes he gains through this scam also approve of his homophobia). By insulating himself with "close enough" persons, that allows his effectively dysnfunctional mind to fill in the gaps in peception that "everyone" agress with him "completley." But, when they can't get it up to levels of sufficient people, they become angry and lash out at any perecived threat to their quickly-blown wadded fantasy. Thusly their thin and tiny ego will seek any outlet to get some monet of preceived comfort, no matter how quickly it comes and goes. |
