I think you're right, Anon #6833, that actually fits a hell of a lot better.
He's trying to ease the concern of the Mare in the Fluffy Hugs basket, and she's going "Awwww hell naw!" Then again, considering all Martini exists for is to have sex and eat cookies, I'd be rather concerned too.
