Except Québec is in Canada, and Canda belongs to Britain so if Québec did want to seperate they'd have to ask the British. |

I live in Canada.

Québec and whole of Canada got it's independence form britain in, I think, 1982 (i suck at history). Also @165, we are not rednecks, and we speak better French than actual French people. |

^Independent in 1867, 1982 the constitution became fully Canadian, instead of being a British Law.
As a Canadian, I have to agree, all the rednecks in Canada are in Alberta. |
