I hope there is a continuation where the mother gets some type of punishment and the abandoned fluffy gets a nice home. Dunno about the sister. However, since she is doing nothing to help, she may deserve some punishment as well. Less than the mother, of course. |

Perhaps the mother only cares about foals with the same coat as hers. Or perhaps the runt is a different type than her. |

^ Actually, when he foal came out of the mother some green stuff on ground kept sticking to the foal and that's why the mother didn't recognize him. |

I did a story before where a runt was rejected by the mother. Sad, but it happens all the time in the animal kingdom. The mother senses the undersized baby won't survive so she essentially puts it out of its misery early. In a way, it's a mercy killing. |

Horrible story. The fluffy mother should've been killed with extreme prejudice and the runt rescued by a heroic abuser. And then dunked in acid for the lolz. |
