They're clumsy enough as it is, without their legs, it becomes nearly impossible for the mare to nourish her foals. The filly would starve to death before figuring out a new way to do it, they're even dumber than regular fluffies. |

Fluffle Puff is the inspiration behind fluffy ponies.
