See, Scootaloo is ahead of Rumble in the maturity curve by a grand total of 4 weeks. At this point, Scoots asked him to rub her wings. She's secretly LOVING it, even though she's not quite sure why or what's going on, and Rumble just thinks he's cleaning her wings for her. Something friends do.
