I'm surprised that artists in this fandom actually care enough to study anatomy. I actually find it pretty funny, especially when it comes to crotchboobs and some people getting upset over the lack of them in pictures that are otherwise accurate. |

Really, they're not more accurate than furries. It's just seems more prevalent because MLP is less anthro. The percentages are about the same, besides that. |

Furries are usually more anthropomorphic, and as such, many artists find it reasonable to draw them with human, or at least partially humanised, genitalia. MLP characters, however, are physically closer to their real-life counterparts, so most clop artists agree that they look better with accurate genitalia. As we've seen from that Tumblr about a pony with a human penis, ponies with non-equine genitalia are far more awkward than attractive.
...Not that I personally find either attractive, of course. Just speaking for the fandom. (>_>) |
