Basically, a 'Fluffy Pony' Applejack gave birth to a Foal that looks just like Applebloom, and the little foal is covered in birthing fluids and the placenta, and Fluffy Applejack is recovering from the labour, watching her precious baby feed, and telling it how much she loves it.

Depending upon the artist, Fluffy Ponies either have only two tears by the hind-quarters, which often appears in more 'real' Fluffy Stories, or they have rows of teats like cats and dogs, in the more 'cartoonish' Fluffy Stories.
