Well, no one does, really. That doesn't really happen in real life to much people... |

Oh, bah. From 4th grade on wards, everyone thought I was gay because of a rumor. It's not something to get worked up about. People will always be idiots, you can't stop that, but you can stop caring about what they think about you. |

Makes sense...
I mean imagine how the Great and Powerful Trixie must or would have felt if or when she discovered her Great and Powerful secrets had been revealed. |

Most of them were pretty innocent, but some of them went a bit far. |

Most of the stories weren't that creative. Fluttershy's tail extensions were forced innuendos to get the bronies all crazy. |

I used to be a troublemaker in Elementary school. Rumors kept spreading and that shit followed me until College. And only then because I skipped the last year and went straight to it. |

Bah, I did think they overreacted. I can understand that they're peeved and all, but ostracizing three children is all kinds of fucked up. Even Twilight Sparkle, the voice of reason, put up a force field (around a public building by the way) so she wouldn't even have to look at them. The hell, Twilight.
That's not even getting into the fact that all the ponies loved the column until stories about them cropped up. All seems terribly hypocritical to me. |
