@rhino dunno, if the rating system was used properly this would be at least questionable (if for safe=child safe)
but since questionable/explicit is the r34 kingdom, this gets kicked back in the safe zone i personally don't mind having this in safe, untill it's tagged properly for who may want to filter it but if this overly disturbs someone, feel free to change the rating as you see fit |

So if you wanna make a picture like this, do you just draw up the decaying paper and then do the picture on top of it? Or do you do the whole thing? Or is there a website full of decaying paper backgrounds? |

the "decaying paper" most probably it's a texture applyed once the drawing is finished, usually as top layer with some transparency |
