Nightroph destroyed a village. Discefka betrayed the queen, destroyed the world, killed A LOT of people with his chocolate death ray, and dressed like a jester.

OMG, Kefka was easily one of the best villains I've ever seen. It was pretty cool to see the villain rise to power from being a normal (Power-wise) person to an all-powerful monster instead of the usual RPG villain who starts out super-powerful.
He was WAY better than... *ahem* that OTHER guy. |
