I always thought they'd be a bit smaller (top of pony's head reaching bottom of human waist/head proportion being closer to human head size with matching scaled body proportion). They are specifically mentioned as "little", and humans being that much bigger is better IMO for quite a few reasons. |

^Someone made thanks to the shows mention of a sugar crane´s height, pixels and a filly standing right next to it how big a pony filly, a grown little pony and Celestia is compared to an human.

^ I've seen that pic, plus a few others, and using different methods, consistently they determined the ponies to be around 3'4'' to 4'5''. So yeah, about waist-height.
It also would mean Celestia only reaches to my damn chin... which is kinda' surreal. |

@Vigilante Now imagine ponies of that height seeing an army of humans marching toward them. When they're bigger than both of your rulers, and they're normal height, that's a bit scary. |
