2 months ago		 ^^Plus, here on Earth, we actually shrink a little daily as gravity and standing all day compresses the cartilage disks in our spine; it relaxes and expands again as we sleep.

Astronauts, in effective 0-G, noted that they did grow a bit taller due to the lack of this compression, and didn't return to normal untill returning to Earth. But, 0-G also tends to cause bone and muscle to atrophy and weaken, since you don't need to fight Earth's gravity well or the weight of the atmosphere above you to move around (either of which alone is actually quite substantial).
