Most cannons aren't party cannons.
Also, healthy children have the ability to distinguish between fact and fiction. (And it's not like it precludes adults from trying something crazy like a party cannon, either.) [/responding-to-trollblog] |

How absurd. I use cannons to set up parties all the time. And I'll have you note, I have only burned down 8 buildings, 3 explosions, 5 cake-ectomies and probably hurt... uhm maybe... 22 people... I can't remember. No one died though, but other than burning all of the party stuff they are super effective. |
