Celestia is -or was, before she got her shit stomped- worshipped like a deity, so that much love should have made her incredibly powerful, and yet the succubus piggybacking off of one guy's love shot her in the face with a magical nuke. So, no OP. Celestia is not a changeling. If she was, she would have been so hilariously powerful that she would have just willed Chrysalis out of existence.
