It's a show called Horseland, it's about these horses that can talk and they do special tricks like jumping and stuff. they also have these kids as their trainers and the whole show is basically preparing for horse competitions.
It's pretty stale for a cartoon. |

Pretty sure Horseland still airs on CBS/CBS2 on Saturday mornings. It's part of their "Cookie Jar TV" block. |
