Call me racist and bigot, but I don't like the idea of Fluttershy having to cover herself so much just because some zealous male says that Allah wants her to. And I'm not even prejudiced against islam in general, I know that Turkey has quite a lot of sane muslims. |

I don't like the idea that people turn her into a muslim and that comes from somebody who likes the dark-skined Twi.
For me it just bears some unfortunate implications: Of course AJ or RD aren't muslims because they are strong, independent woman. But Fluttershy the shy, quiet pony is a muslim wearing a burka because all muslim womans are like that. |
