I didn't have a problem with the old one, it was funny and well-written
But I like this one better. Emotional trauma is more horrific than physical trauma. The concept of being in a relationship, and having your partner tortured into accepting an alternate sexual preference is terrifying. |

This is so much better than the "gay = every disease known to man and then some" angle.
And much more interesting to read. The mental torment of the Fluffies is a more intriguing idea than the 'bags of pus' ending of the original. I think the Original was deleted due to the (supposed) moral of the story being homosexuality being so wrong it causes horrific death and an easily transmittable cocktail of diseases that makes the AIDs Virus look like a summer cold (even if that wasn't Ghost's intent, Internet and all that.) |
