^ No, he's right. That's why only female cats can be calico. Both orange and black are on the X chromosome; they're mutations of the same gene. So you need two X's to have both orange and black in the same cat. Per the story, wings and horn are mutations of the same region of the X chromosome, so you can't have both in the same fluffy except in females with two X's. |
