That doesn't look like DC.
The buildings are too tall, for one. In the District of Columbia, buildings aren't allowed to exceed the Washington Monument in height. This allows the monument to be visible from anywhere in the District. |

@Fridge_Logic: There are buildings that tall in the area, but their not inside the District of Columbia itself... their on the other side of the river in Virginia, so those office structures are legal. |
