This scene happens in Heavy Rain if nobody can save Shaun and Ethan isn't in jail.

It's supposed to be sad, but he comedically "falls" backward out of his chair after pulling the trigger.

Oh ok. I always managed to save Shaun in both of my runs so I never saw it.
